About the estimate.
Where does the dials-per-hour figure come from?
At three lines it starts from the median we measured in production use: about 85 dials per active calling hour, one operator per session. For one or two lines the calculator scales that median down in proportion. That scaling is an estimate; we have not measured one- and two-line sessions separately. You can type your own figure.
Why is the DialBreeze cost lower than most vendors?
DialBreeze charges for software seats only: Solo is $49 per seat per month. Your Telnyx account bills calling separately, by usage. Several vendors include minutes in their price, so the software comparison here is not a total cost. Add your expected carrier spend before deciding.
Why are some vendors missing from the price list?
Only vendors whose public page listed a per-seat monthly price when we checked on 2026-09-28 are included. Kixie, Orum, Nooks, Readymode, CallTools and others publish quotes or hide prices, so we leave them out rather than guess.
Is the conversation estimate reliable?
It multiplies dials by the connect rate you enter. The default 17.8% is our 30-day person-connect rate; your list could be much higher or lower. Treat the output as a planning estimate, never a forecast.
