A working guide for the next decision.

Prepare the list, equip the caller, run the permitted workflow and leave a record the next person can use. Choose the guide that matches the job rather than reading every page in order.

Before a list reaches the queue

Start with the list-source workflow when data is arriving from a CRM, provider or spreadsheet. It separates field mapping from eligibility and suppression, so a successful import is not mistaken for permission to call. The output is a reviewed list with an accountable release decision, not merely a file that uploaded.

Use calling hours and DNC to organize the time-zone and contact-policy checks. For recording, use the recording-policy guide to prepare questions for the responsible reviewer and confirm that the available setup can follow the approved process. These guides are operational aids, not legal advice.

Choose the right conversation

The expired-listing guide begins with current status and representation review, then follows a conversation into an appointment, agreed callback, changed status or stop request. The FSBO guide focuses on a truthful agent introduction and a useful discussion without implying that a public phone number is consent.

For neighborhood outreach, the circle-prospecting guide uses a verified local event and an explicit owner for any requested follow-up. It does not turn a relevant event into permission to contact everyone nearby.

For insurance, use final-expense suggested wording only inside an independently approved campaign and caller scope. The Medigap note is intentionally narrower: a corrected enrollment distinction and a specialist-review requirement, not a campaign playbook.

Run and supervise the session

The VA playbook explains how to define a caller's role, supply test data, review work and escalate questions. It does not assume that a job title grants a license or that an account has a particular permission model.

Use the abandonment guide to separate the legal definition and denominator from a generic short-call report. Human-operated calling and a three-line limit do not remove that review. Test the actual answer path rather than relying on the product category label.

Diagnose identity, audio and results

STIR/SHAKEN attestation concerns calling identity. Caller-ID reputation concerns investigating an observed delivery or labeling problem. They are related questions, not interchangeable guarantees. Neither guide recommends disguising the caller or cycling numbers to evade a block.

The measurement worksheet owns the method: cohort, numerator, denominator, data cutoff and follow-up states. The benchmark article owns our dated first-party dataset. Keep the method separate from the example so our activity does not become your forecast.

Leave the work in a verifiable state

Before starting a guide, identify who owns the decision and what evidence would establish completion. Afterward, save the relevant record, test result or unresolved question. A task is not complete merely because the operator clicked through a screen.

For product evaluation, request the sandbox trial. It uses test numbers and does not contact real people. Production list permissions, caller qualifications and carrier configuration remain separate checks before live work.

Inspect the workflow before you commit.

Your 14-day trial runs on a Telnyx sandbox with test numbers; nothing reaches a real person. A human provisions the environment. The 14 days start when it is ready and we email you. No credit card is required. On conversion, you connect your own Telnyx account and real calling lists.
