Terms of service.

Last updated: September 26, 2026

These terms describe the DialBreeze software subscription and its setup process. DialBreeze is the product built by the team behind the Milner Team's real estate operation in Cape Coral, Florida. Questions about the service or a subscription should be sent to brayden@themilnerteamfl.com. Any additional arrangement that matters to your purchase should be confirmed with the team before checkout.

The service you are buying.

DialBreeze supplies browser-based power-dialing software for human operators. Its calling toolkit includes up to three concurrent lines, browser audio, voicemail drop, recordings, dispositions, notes and follow-up tasks, with after-call AI transcription, scoring and summaries. A human conducts the conversation. AI processing works on recorded content afterward; the product is not being sold as an AI agent that speaks to prospects.

Inclusion of a feature is not a promise that every call will produce every output. Carrier delivery, usable audio, processing and the customer's configuration affect the result. Transcripts and summaries can contain errors. Operators must review material facts, opt-outs, appointments and commitments rather than treating an AI score or summary as an authoritative record of permission or intent.

Plans and separate carrier charges.

Monthly software prices are Solo at $49 per operator seat, Team at $149 for three operator seats, and Studio at $399. Studio's operator setup is sized with you at onboarding; this page does not promise a fixed seat count. All plans include the same calling toolkit and AI features. The differences are operator seats and support/onboarding, not feature access.

Three Solo seats cost $147, so Team is not a seat-price discount. Team includes priority support and team onboarding. Studio includes dedicated support and onboarding. Confirm the intended operator allocation and any particular support requirement before selecting a plan.

You supply your own Telnyx account and authorized outgoing numbers for production calling. Telnyx bills that account separately for calling, numbers and other carrier services under its terms. DialBreeze does not resell minutes or impose a per-dial software charge. A subscription does not pay your carrier invoice, supply leads or authorize unlimited contact attempts.

Stripe billing and payment confirmation.

Billing is processed through the parent team's Stripe account, under the business name MIRA. It is the same team that builds DialBreeze. Stripe sends your receipts; contact brayden@themilnerteamfl.com for support or subscription changes.

Checkout opens a paid recurring monthly subscription for the plan selected. Review the amount and recurring interval shown by Stripe before paying. The Stripe receipt is the record of successful payment. The public completion page neither verifies a payment nor activates an account. Contact support before paying a second time to resolve a missing receipt or access email.

Subscription support requests should include your billing email, plan and the issue or change requested. Do not email full payment-card details, passwords or carrier credentials. Stripe handles the payment information entered on its checkout surface; the website's trial form is not a payment form.

Account setup is a human step.

After payment confirmation, our team provisions the account and emails access instructions and Telnyx connection steps to the billing address. Same-business-day provisioning is a target, not a guaranteed delivery time. A payment confirmation and a ready account are separate states. Use the access destination supplied in your setup email rather than assuming that visiting a public app address completes onboarding.

Before a live campaign, confirm your outgoing number, browser microphone access and operator audio. Load only a list the business has reviewed as eligible to call. Check the configured calling policy and run an authorized test. Raise any required integration, import format, storage arrangement or workflow with the setup team before relying on it in production.

The no-card trial.

Your 14-day trial runs on a Telnyx sandbox with test numbers; nothing reaches a real person. A human provisions the environment. The 14 days start when it is ready and we email you. No credit card is required. On conversion, you connect your own Telnyx account and real calling lists.

Submitting a trial request does not purchase a subscription. A received request is not an active trial; the readiness email starts the evaluation period. The sandbox is for evaluating the interface and supported test workflow, not contacting your prospects or measuring a real campaign's connect and appointment rates. Moving to a paid plan requires a separate purchase decision.

Changes, cancellation and billing problems.

For a plan or operator change, contact support and confirm the proposed price, operator allocation and effective date before it is applied. Do not infer an automatic proration rule or free additional seats from the plan labels. Cancellation requests are handled through the support address and take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Ask for confirmation of the cancellation and its effective date.

Canceling DialBreeze does not cancel your Telnyx account, release your carrier numbers or remove charges for carrier services you retain. Handle those decisions separately with your carrier. For a duplicate charge, missing access or refund question, contact support with enough billing context to investigate. This page does not advertise an automatic refund window or service-credit guarantee; it does not limit rights that apply independently under law.

Your calling responsibilities.

The customer determines which campaigns and contacts are eligible, maintains the required permission and list records, handles applicable federal and state registry obligations, and follows the calling, recording and industry rules that apply to its operation. Internal DNC, per-lead quiet hours and attempt caps help enforce the configured policy; they do not create consent or replace external registry scrubbing.

A human operator or a three-line setting does not remove obligations associated with prerecorded messages or abandoned calls. Do not use the service to conceal the caller's identity, disregard a stop request or evade a suppression decision by reimporting a contact. Review the calling-controls page and the DNC policy with the people responsible for your campaigns. The educational material is not legal advice.

Data, support and service limits.

Your operational data belongs to you. The privacy notice distinguishes website requests, billing information and operational call data. Carrier ownership is not a representation that every application record is physically stored in your carrier account or on your own hardware.

Confirm any required export, recording-retention, deletion or processor arrangement before uploading production data. Coordinate data handling with support before ending service. These terms do not invent a self-service export tool, automatic deletion schedule, data-processing agreement or availability SLA that has not been established for your account.

Service delivery also depends on the customer's carrier, network, devices and configuration. Report an issue with the affected workflow, time, browser and relevant record reference, without sending unnecessary sensitive content. The team will use that context to investigate. A target response or setup time is not a promise that every dependency or incident will be resolved within a fixed interval.
