Public research, with our interest disclosed
We build and sell DialBreeze. These comparisons are commercial content from that team, not independent rankings or hands-on reviews of competitors.
The useful question is which product and configuration fit the operator’s work. We checked the named public sources on September 26, 2026, distinguish documented offerings from unresolved questions and avoid publishing competitor price numbers that were not confirmed for an equivalent configuration. Read the relevant source and request a current quote before deciding.
Start with the decision you are making
For a real estate team choosing a list-and-dial setup, begin with Mojo versus DialBreeze. For a buyer deciding whether to use integrated voice or a separately owned carrier account, begin with Myphoner’s calling strategies. Myphoner also offers an own-Twilio option, so carrier ownership is not unique to DialBreeze.
For a CRM-centered communications decision, read Kixie versus Mojo or the narrower PhoneBurner comparison. Where the buying question is a lead-and-dialer package, use the ClosrTech review, which identifies the unresolved relationship between the current public offer and older DialRush claims.
The comparisons
- DialBreeze vs Mojo — the incumbent real-estate bundle, and why a dialer-license headline is the wrong line to compare.
- DialBreeze vs Myphoner — the lightweight queue classic, and the choice between its own browser voice and your own Twilio integration.
- DialRush (ClosrTech), reviewed — what the current public site does and does not still substantiate about an insurance lead-and-dialer bundle.
- Kixie vs Mojo — two billing philosophies, answered first, with DialBreeze held clearly separate at the end.
- DialBreeze vs PhoneBurner — a mature dialer plus CRM integrations, with the pricing check explicitly unfinished.
- Best power dialers for real estate and for insurance — fit categories rather than a fake ranking.
Compare an operating configuration, not one line item
Give each vendor the same operator count, workflow, calling destinations and billing period. Ask for the required access, dialer capacity, voice service, recording and AI features, support, term and any data subscription. A quote is only comparable when it describes the work your team intends to do.
Then test a representative workflow with permitted synthetic records: import, call outcome, note and next-step handoff. Confirm required integrations and exports instead of treating a CSV example as proof of native synchronization. Keep a current working process until the replacement has demonstrated the requirements that matter.
The real estate shortlist and insurance shortlist organize options by those decisions. They do not assign invented scores or predict your results.
When DialBreeze is the wrong answer
DialBreeze is browser-based power dialing for real estate and insurance teams, with a human on every conversation and up to three concurrent lines. After a recorded call ends, AI transcribes, scores and summarises it; the AI never talks to a lead or decides what to dial, and outputs can be missing, delayed or wrong, so check important facts against the audio.
You bring your own Telnyx account, numbers and caller ID and pay your carrier directly; we never resell minutes or charge per dial. That separation is useful to evaluate when account control and itemized carrier charges matter. A buyer seeking a managed single-invoice arrangement should compare the actual alternatives. We sell no lead data, offer no predictive pacing, and do not promise that any particular CRM, MLS or list provider integrates natively; CSV import is a workflow, not an integration.
Pricing is flat and public: $49 for one operator seat, $149 for three operator seats, $399 for a Studio setup sized at onboarding, with the same calling and after-call AI features in every tier. If you need bundled leads, managed telephony or predictive pacing, choose an alternative above.
Sources and the limits of the check
Public-document check dated September 26, 2026; not a hands-on competitor test. Mojo pricing and product options; Myphoner pricing and calling strategies; Kixie pricing; Kixie homepage; PhoneBurner Salesforce voicemail documentation; ClosrTech current website.
PhoneBurner’s pricing page could not be verified in this check; the cited support article supports only its specific documented workflow. Verify the current offered configuration and pricing in writing before purchase. Our current offer is described on the DialBreeze pricing page.
