Choose the workflow your insurance team can actually support.

Start with the product and campaign’s qualified review, then compare the operator and data workflow. A dialer does not establish lead permission or insurance eligibility. We publish this shortlist as the team behind DialBreeze, not as an independent ranking.

The shortlist follows requirements, not invented scores

This page uses public-document checks dated September 26, 2026 and identifies unresolved questions. We did not test the competitors hands-on or measure insurance results across their products. DialBreeze is our commercial product.

Write the requirements first: the approved caller role, lead provenance, supported recording process, next-step handoff and the data arrangement the business needs. A plan name or an enrollment calendar cannot supply those decisions.

For a lead-and-dialer package, confirm the current offer

The current ClosrTech site presents ClosrLeads, insurance lead products and a built-in dialer. That is a relevant offer for a buyer considering source data and calling together. It does not reverify older DialRush price, per-minute or line-count claims.

Request the current product identity, plan and complete quote. Ask how provenance, restrictions and follow-up records are represented. A combined purchase is not proof that a particular campaign may call every supplied lead.

The ClosrTech review separates what is currently advertised from the legacy claims that remain unverified.

For a carrier choice, inspect the selected strategy

Myphoner’s documented choice between Myphoner Voice and an own-Twilio path changes the feature comparison. Confirm the current recording, voicemail and monitoring capabilities on the exact route being offered, along with usage and support.

A customer-owned carrier account is not unique to DialBreeze. The useful distinction is which configuration provides the workflow the insurance team has approved and what remains its responsibility to operate.

Read the Myphoner comparison before treating a general BYO checkbox as a complete specification.

For a CRM dependency, demonstrate the exact handoff

Kixie advertises CRM-connected communications; PhoneBurner documents a Salesforce voicemail workflow. Those sources justify investigating the relevant integration, not assuming that every insurance CRM is supported or every subscription includes it.

Test the actual required record, outcome and next-step update with synthetic data. Confirm how contact restrictions, changed status and an unresolved follow-up are handled. Ask which actions are native, configured or manual.

Use the Kixie comparison and PhoneBurner’s verification questions to request a complete current configuration rather than an unverified headline price.

For separately owned Telnyx, evaluate DialBreeze

DialBreeze supplies browser-based, human-operated power dialing with up to three concurrent lines. The operator handles the conversation and its outcome; AI transcribes, scores and summarizes available recordings afterward.

The customer supplies an eligible list and their own Telnyx account. DialBreeze bills software without a per-dial or minute resale charge; Telnyx bills carrier services separately. Twilio support is planned, not live.

Solo is $49 per operator seat per month; Team is $149 for three operators; Studio is $399 with the operator setup sized at onboarding. All calling and AI features are included in each plan. Team is not a discount on three Solo seats, which total $147.

This is not an insurance eligibility engine, a lead marketplace or an AI voice agent. The account and campaign must be configured around the business’s approved workflow.

A product purchase does not approve the campaign

The responsible qualified reviewers must establish caller scope, product and campaign permissions, recording requirements and lead eligibility. A record labeled “requested information” must be supported by the actual request before a caller uses that claim.

Internal DNC, per-lead quiet hours and attempt caps help enforce the configured policy. They do not replace the customer’s federal-registry scrub or establish consent. Human-operated and three-line do not remove prerecorded-message or abandonment obligations.

Medicare-related work needs specialist review. The Medigap note is deliberately limited to correcting the enrollment distinction, not an outbound campaign playbook. This page is not legal advice.

Compare source, calling and follow-through separately

Separate lead acquisition cost from software and carrier charges. Ask each vendor to quote the same operator count, required workflow, billing period and support arrangement. Confirm included data, usage and recording-related services rather than assuming two bundles are equivalent.

Test the operator’s complete path with synthetic records: permitted source context, truthful introduction, supported outcome and an owned next step. Use a missing-output or changed-restriction case as well as the ordinary success case.

The DialBreeze trial is a provisioned sandbox with test numbers, not a live insurance campaign. It cannot estimate production conversion or written-business results. Before conversion, confirm the actual data-handling, import and handoff arrangements.

Keep the specialist’s work visible in the process. An appointment setter’s note is not a product recommendation; an appointment set is not a sale. Choose the tool that preserves those distinctions instead of making the reporting look simpler than the underlying work.

When a different configuration should win

Choose a verified alternative when a required CRM integration, live carrier option, source package or administrative capability is not established in DialBreeze. Confirm written support and data-handling requirements before buying rather than relying on a tier name.

Do not choose any product on a promise that its human operator, number ownership or line count removes campaign duties. Those are separate reviews. The aim is a supported, accountable workflow—not a software label that makes unresolved work disappear.

PhoneBurner’s numerical pricing and older DialRush numerical claims were not verified. No insurance performance result is inferred from these public pages. Your 14-day trial runs on a Telnyx sandbox with test numbers; nothing reaches a real person. A human provisions the environment. The 14 days start when it is ready and we email you. No credit card is required. On conversion, you connect your own Telnyx account and real calling lists.
