Step 1: Pay for your plan.

Choose Starter, Pro or Team on the pricing page. Stripe checkout opens a monthly subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically every month until you cancel.

  • Stripe emails your receipt right away. Your card statement shows DIALBREEZE. Stripe checkout and receipts show MIRA, DialBreeze's parent company.
  • Keep that receipt. It is your proof of payment; it does not mean your login is ready.
  • No receipt? Check spam, then email brayden@themilnerteamfl.com before paying again.

Step 2: We provision your workspace.

A person on our team creates your workspace, your admin login and your dialing seats. We target the same business day. It is a target, not a guaranteed time.

If we cannot provision your workspace within 5 business days of payment, we refund that payment in full.

Use this time to start step 4. Telnyx account verification can take longer than our provisioning.

Step 3: Watch for your access email.

We send it to your billing email from brayden@themilnerteamfl.com, written by a person on our setup team. Add that address to your contacts so it does not land in spam. It contains:

  • Your sign-in details for app.dialbreeze.com.
  • The webhook URL to paste into your Telnyx Call Control application in step 4.
  • A time to run the production readiness check together.

There is no self-serve signup. Accounts are created for you, which is why this email comes from a person.

Step 4: Connect your Telnyx account.

Production calls run on your own Telnyx account. Telnyx bills calling and numbers to you; DialBreeze adds no per-dial or per-minute charge. In the Telnyx portal:

  1. Create a Telnyx account. Sign up at telnyx.com, complete the account verification Telnyx asks for, and add a payment method. Telnyx bills calling and numbers to this account directly.
  2. Buy a local number. In the Telnyx portal, search for and buy a local number with voice. This is the number your prospects see, so pick an area code that fits the people you call. Keep the number in E.164 format, for example +15551234567.
  3. Create an Outbound Voice Profile. Allow the destinations you call (for most teams, the United States and Canada). Telnyx lets you set a spending limit on the profile if you want one.
  4. Create a Call Control application. Telnyx also calls these Voice API applications. Paste the webhook URL from your access email, attach the Outbound Voice Profile you just made, and assign your number or numbers to this application. Copy the application ID.
  5. Create an API key. In the Telnyx portal, create an API key. It starts with KEY. Copy it once; Telnyx does not show it again.
  6. Copy your public key. Telnyx signs every call event. DialBreeze checks that signature with your account's public key, found with your API keys in the Telnyx portal.

Then sign in to DialBreeze as the workspace admin, open Settings, and find Telnyx connection (BYO telephony). Fill in all five fields:

Telnyx connection fields in DialBreeze Settings
Field in DialBreezeWhat to paste
API keyThe Telnyx API key you created above.
Call Control app IDThe ID of the Call Control application you created above.
Dialer number (agent leg)A number on your Telnyx account, assigned to the Call Control application, that DialBreeze uses to connect you to the session. E.164 format.
Default caller ID (lead leg)The number prospects see. It must be a number you are authorized to call from. E.164 format.
Webhook verification secretYour Telnyx public key.

Select Save credentials, then Test connection. The key and secret are encrypted before storage and never shown again in full. Test connection confirms Telnyx accepts the key; the readiness check in step 5 confirms a real call works.

Browser calling needs one more ID. Calling from the browser (WebRTC) also uses a Telnyx credential connection (a SIP connection that authenticates with credentials). The settings card does not have a field for it yet: email its connection ID to brayden@themilnerteamfl.com and we add it. Until then, Phone Bridge mode works: DialBreeze calls your verified phone first.

Sandbox Production readiness check Live list

Step 5Production readiness check.

A named stage after the sandbox and before rollout. We walk through these four checks with you on your own Telnyx account before your first live list.

  1. Browser audioHeadset connected and microphone permission allowed for the DialBreeze app, heard both ways.
  2. Telnyx connectionYour own Telnyx account, with outbound voice enabled, linked to DialBreeze.
  3. Authorized caller IDA number on your Telnyx account that you are allowed to call from, set as the outbound caller ID.
  4. A permitted test callOne call to a number you may call, worked through its disposition, recording and after-call output.

It confirms the setup works. It does not predict your connect rate, caller ID display on every phone or your Telnyx bill.

Step 6: Import a CSV.

Create a list on the Leads page, open it, and select Upload CSV. Only import people your business is allowed to call: DialBreeze does not scrub against the National Do Not Call Registry or check consent. The first row must be column headers. Header names are matched without regard to capital letters or extra spaces, and DialBreeze reads these names:

CSV column names DialBreeze recognizes
FieldColumn names it reads
Phone (required)phone, phone_number, phone number, primary phone, phone 1, phone1, cell phone, mobile, primary contact phone, mailing phone, home phone
First namefirst_name, firstname, owner first name, name_first
Last namelast_name, lastname, owner last name, name_last
Emailemail, email address
Addressaddress, mailing address, or mailing address line 1 and mailing address line 2
City, state, ZIPcity, state, zip
Tagstags (separate several tags with a pipe, comma or semicolon)
Property detailszillow, zillow_url, zillow link; mls, mlsid, mls_id; price, list_price, listing price; property_type, property type; beds, bedrooms; baths, bathrooms; sqft, square_feet, square feet; lot_size, lot size; year_built, year built
  • Each row needs a readable phone number or it is skipped. If no phone column matches, DialBreeze uses the first cell with seven or more digits.
  • One number per row. If a cell holds several numbers separated by a pipe, comma, slash or semicolon, only the first is used.
  • Ten-digit US numbers are read as +1 numbers. Files can be up to 10 MB.
  • After upload, DialBreeze shows how many leads were imported. Compare it with your row count.

Step 7: Run your first session.

  1. Pick a calling mode. In Settings, Calling Mode, choose Browser (WebRTC) to talk through your headset, or Phone Bridge to have DialBreeze call your verified phone first.
  2. Open the Dialer and pick your lists. You can queue up to 10 lists in one session.
  3. Start on one line. Starter dials one line at a time. Pro and Team allow up to three; move up once the first session runs cleanly.
  4. Select Start dialing. When someone answers, you are connected. If a second line answers while you are on a call, that person hears your disconnect message, or silence if you have none, and the call ends.
  5. Save a disposition. Choose one of the ten outcomes, add a note or a follow-up task. Dialing waits until the disposition is saved.
  6. Check the record. When recording is on, the recording appears on the call. On Pro and Team, the AI transcript and summary follow after the call is processed. Review important details against the recording.

Leads outside quiet hours, with an unknown area code, over a call cap or marked do not call are skipped and keep their reason. See who does what for DNC and calling rules.

Step 8: Troubleshooting.

Still stuck? Email brayden@themilnerteamfl.com with your workspace name, the time and what you saw. Never send your API key or card details by email.

The browser never asks for the microphone, or calls have no audio from my side.
Browser calling needs microphone permission for app.dialbreeze.com. In Chrome or Edge, select the site controls icon at the left of the address bar, set Microphone to Allow, then reload the page. On a Mac, also check System Settings, Privacy and Security, Microphone, and allow your browser. Then open DialBreeze Settings, Browser Audio Devices, and watch the Microphone Level meter while you speak.
My headset is plugged in but DialBreeze uses the laptop microphone or speakers.
Open Settings, Browser Audio Devices, and choose the headset for both the microphone and the output. If it is missing from the list, unplug and reconnect it, refresh the device list, and reload the page. Close other calling apps that may hold the microphone.
Which browser should I use?
A current version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on a desktop or laptop. Keep the DialBreeze tab open during a session; closing it or letting the computer sleep drops browser audio.
Test connection says Telnyx rejected the stored credentials.
Telnyx did not accept the API key. Create a new API key in the Telnyx portal, paste it into the API key field with the other four fields, select Save credentials, then Test connection again. Check that the key belongs to the same Telnyx account as your numbers and Call Control application. Test connection checks the key only; it does not place a call.
The CSV upload says no valid leads were found.
DialBreeze could not find a usable phone number in any row. Save the file as CSV (UTF-8) with a header row, name the phone column with one of the names in step 6, and put one number per row. Ten-digit US numbers are read as +1. Files up to 10 MB are accepted. Rows without a readable phone number are skipped, so compare the imported count with your row count.
Calls ring on my side but prospects never connect, or no calls go out.
Check four things in Telnyx: your numbers are assigned to the Call Control application, the Outbound Voice Profile is attached to it and allows the destination, the webhook URL matches the one in your access email, and the account has funds. Then check the session's skip reasons in DialBreeze: leads outside quiet hours, with an unknown area code, an invalid phone, a reached call cap or a do-not-call flag are skipped, not dialed. If a message says calling is locked by the cost guard, an admin must reset it after reviewing Telnyx billing. Still stuck? Email the time of the attempt and the list name to support.
Browser calling fails to start, but Phone Bridge works.
Browser calling also needs a Telnyx credential connection (a SIP connection that authenticates with credentials). The settings card does not have a field for its ID yet, so email the connection ID to brayden@themilnerteamfl.com and we add it for you. Until then, use Phone Bridge in Settings, Calling Mode: DialBreeze calls your verified phone first.
