DialRush and ClosrTech: confirm what is being sold today.

Older DialRush claims are not a reliable substitute for the current ClosrTech offer. This review separates the public lead-and-dialer presentation from the unanswered legacy-product questions. We sell DialBreeze and have not tested the competing service hands-on.

Start with the lead-and-dialer buying decision

The current ClosrTech site presents ClosrLeads, insurance lead products and a built-in dialer. That is relevant to a buyer evaluating lead acquisition and calling in one offered workflow. It does not establish that every older DialRush plan, price or capacity claim still applies.

DialBreeze is a separate proposition: calling software for human operators, using the customer’s own Telnyx account and eligible lists. It does not supply the lead inventory. A comparison should therefore separate the cost and value of data acquisition from the software used to work it.

Begin with what your business actually needs to purchase. A lead-and-dialer package and a software-only subscription do not become equivalent merely because both contain a dial button.

What the current public site establishes

At the September 26, 2026 check, the current ClosrTech website presented ClosrLeads, real-time and aged insurance leads and a built-in dialer. The older closertech.com address redirected to that current site.

That presentation did not re-establish the older DialRush price, per-minute charge or 25-line claim previously used in this comparison. Those figures and the savings calculations based on them have been removed.

Ask the vendor to identify the current product name, plan, dialer configuration and billing basis in the quote. If DialRush remains a distinct offer for your use, the current written specification—not a legacy comparison article—should establish what is included.

What to confirm before comparing cost

Because we have not re-verified the current DialRush offer, this page will not publish a price and will not do savings arithmetic from one. Ask ClosrTech directly for a current written quote and get these answers in writing before you compare anything:

  1. Is DialRush still a distinct product name, or has it been folded into a broader ClosrTech plan?
  2. What is the current billing basis — per seat, per dialer, per minute, a minimum commitment, or a bundle with the leads?
  3. What dialer capability is included: preview, power or predictive pacing, and how many simultaneous lines are actually supported on the configuration quoted?
  4. Are the leads included, sold separately, or metered, and what is the smallest order that unlocks the bundle?

Then price the DialBreeze alternative against a realistic estimate: $49 per seat per month for one operator, $149 per month for three operator seats, or $399 per month for a Studio setup sized at onboarding, with every calling and after-call AI feature included and calling usage paid to your own Telnyx account. The comparison is only meaningful once the ClosrTech side is itemized.

Keep lead sourcing and calling behavior separate

For a combined offer, inspect how a purchased lead enters the queue, what provenance information is available and how restrictions and follow-ups are handled. A lead being sold with a dialer is not evidence that the buyer is entitled to call it in any campaign.

For DialBreeze, the customer supplies the eligible list and its source review. The operator handles the conversation and records an outcome, note and next step. Available recordings support the after-call transcript, score and summary.

In either evaluation, ask for a supported test with synthetic records and inspect the actual handoff. Do not borrow real estate activity figures as a prediction of insurance results or infer that an integrated purchase removes the need for a qualified campaign review.

Ask who controls the calling account and numbers

The current public lead-and-dialer presentation alone is insufficient to establish all carrier ownership, number rights or usage terms. Ask the vendor how telephony is supplied, who is billed and what happens to numbers and records when the relationship ends.

DialBreeze’s current production model is explicit: the customer owns the Telnyx account, authorized numbers and caller-ID configuration, and Telnyx bills carrier services separately. DialBreeze does not resell minutes or impose a per-dial software charge.

Keep these answers next to the lead cost and software terms. Do not turn an unresolved ownership question into a confident claim that one provider always owns or never controls a particular asset.

Recording and after-call analysis

DialBreeze includes call recording and after-call AI at every tier. Recorded calls are transcribed, scored and summarised after they end, and the AI never talks to a lead or decides what to dial. Outputs can be missing, delayed or wrong and should be checked against the audio. We do not have a verified example of ClosrTech's after-call reporting and will not describe one. If recording, transcription or quality analysis matters to your insurance operation, ask ClosrTech precisely what exists today, what plan includes it, and how long recordings are retained.

Insurance teams also have reason to be careful about recording: consent rules vary by jurisdiction and by how the call is placed. Confirm your own policy before relying on any vendor's recording feature. See the recording consent guide for the questions to answer.

Compliance is not included in a lead bundle

A public lead marketplace is not evidence that any particular lead is lawfully callable by your campaign. Consent, federal DNC scrubbing and campaign eligibility remain yours, and buying leads from a vendor does not transfer those duties to the vendor or to the dialer. DialBreeze enforces internal DNC checks, per-lead quiet hours and attempt caps in the queue, but those are operational guardrails, not a legal shield, and human presence alone does not remove applicable obligations.

Before buying any lead bundle, ask how leads are sourced, what consent basis is represented, whether the data has been scrubbed and how disputes are handled. Then confirm with your own counsel how the applicable rules map to your campaign. This page is not legal advice and does not assert that any vendor's leads are or are not compliant.

Evaluate the current offer before planning a switch

Request a current written description of the offered product and configuration before building a migration around it. Confirm the data fields, suppression information, open tasks and source records that must move.

Use synthetic representative data in the DialBreeze trial. It runs on a provisioned Telnyx sandbox with test numbers and does not call real prospects. A demonstration is not a test of an purchased lead cohort’s results.

Before conversion, confirm the production import, supported handoff and data-handling requirements. Assign an owner to reconcile outstanding callbacks and restrictions, and retain the existing working process until the necessary transfer is established.

Where a combined offer may fit better

A buyer primarily looking for a particular lead product and an associated working process may prefer to evaluate a combined offering. DialBreeze does not sell lead data and does not convert a software subscription into permission to use an acquired list.

Conversely, a business with its own eligible sources and a preference for an independently owned Telnyx account can evaluate DialBreeze on those terms. Its plans include the same calling and after-call AI features; operator seats and support differ.

No current DialRush price or performance advantage is asserted here. Resolve the offer’s identity and terms first, then compare the configuration rather than the legacy brand label.

Current source, not a legacy-price verification

Older DialRush numerical pricing, minute charges and line-count claims were not reverified and are not used in this comparison. Verify the current offered configuration and pricing in writing before purchase. Our current offer is described on the DialBreeze pricing page.

Inspect the workflow before you commit.

Your 14-day trial runs on a Telnyx sandbox with test numbers; nothing reaches a real person. A human provisions the environment. The 14 days start when it is ready and we email you. No credit card is required. On conversion, you connect your own Telnyx account and real calling lists.
